Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it, or refund your account, subject to the terms and periods set out below. This Policy applies to products bought from our online shop only.

This Policy forms part of the Garmin Online Terms and Conditions, and words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

1: If you change your mind

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge within 7 (seven) calendar days from date
of purchase, subject to:

1.1. It being undamaged and has not been used, with all the original labels and stickers still attached;

1.2. It being in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable);

1.3. The return being within a period of no more than 7 (seven) calendar days from date of original purchase.

1.4. It not being a product that cannot be returned for hygiene purposes such as but not limited to swimsuits, tri-athlete suits, cycling shorts etc;

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee, if the unwanted product is returned damaged; not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.

2: If it is not what you ordered?

2.1. If the product is different as described on the Website or if we deliver the wrong product to you, please notify us within 10 (ten) calendar days and we will collect the product from you at no charge to you.

2.2. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will deliver the correct product to you; or credit your account with the original purchase price of the product, or refund you at your choice, within 10 days of the return.

3: If the Product is damaged

3.1. Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 (seven) calendar days of such delivery.

4: If the Product is Defective

4.1. We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects, however if you feel that the Product contains defect/a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances, you may return same within 6(six) months from date of the original purchase.

4.2. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section if the fault arose because of:

    • normal wear and tear (in our discretion);
    • corrosion or electrical surge;
    • your failure to care for the product in a reasonable manner (in our discretion);
    • unauthorized modifications to the product; and;
    • here the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you;
    • your negligence, abuse or incorrect usage of the product (in our discretion)
    • For hygienic purposes, certain training kit apparel, (such as but not limited to cycling shorts and Trisuits) may not be returned or exchanged.

4.3. Products have a guarantee of 6 months from date of original purchase or the remainder of the manufacturer’s stipulated warranty whichever is greater

5. Unboxed Items

The unboxed products may be returned and/or exchanged in terms of our normal returns and exchange policy and at the discounted prices paid, SUBJECT THERETO THAT THERE IS ANOTHER UNBOXED ITEM OF THE SAME COLOUR AVAILABLE AS AN UNBOXED ITEM IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE IT.

6. Charges

Returns and associated costs shall be carried by the consumer. If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we reserve the right (subject to applicable law) only to replace the item that you returned, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only refund you in respect of the returned item.
